Our principal owner and broker, Marcia Lewis, has been active in the local real estate market for over 30 years. She is the first and only property manager in Anne Arundel County to achieve the distinguished designation of RMP® from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. The RMP® designation is awarded to professionals who have completed a rigorous course of study across a broad spectrum of subjects, have committed many voluntary hours to the betterment of the property management profession, have achieved recognition from their clients and peers, and have adhered to a high code of ethics.
We are staffed by a group of highly professional licensed individuals who work as a team to make your experiences with our company successful and pleasant. Frank Lowery is our office manager and maintenance coordinator. Ronni Gehron is both our bookkeeper and an assistant property manager. Greta Saliger is an assistant property manager and office administrator. Cindi Johnston is a property manager.
